What happened to Bum Fights?

Well here is another shining example of tax-dollars hard at work. Bums in New York city have been calling 911 to claim a medical emergency in order to get a ride to the hospital, where they receive food and shelter at the tax-payers' expense. Only in America.

This is just one of the many terrible and unintended consequences that arise when a government tries to give things away. When there is no incentive to work hard, and those who do work are somehow responsible for footing the bill for those who don't provide anything to society, you get this. Let's be clear, the government has accomplished one thing with these social welfare (redistribution) programs...they have created an entire class of dependent tax-eaters. Lucky for the rest of us! People have become entirely too lazy and the government is like an irresponsible parent who enables a poorly behaved child. Do you ever wonder why rich people have such shitty kids? It's because when the kid gets into trouble or make poor decisions, the parents throw money at the problem, rather than disciplining the child. The kids are still shitty kids and the problem is still there, no matter how much money you spend. Take this example as a microcosm of our federal government. Our country has a significant population of lazy, unproductive people and the government has become the enabling parent who seems to think that spending the well-behaved children's allowance (and future allowance), on the poorly-behaved kids' problems, is the solution to all of our nation's social ills. Stupid.

The Stimulus Bill ($787,000,000,000) provided more for unemployment benefits than it did for small businesses. Why?
