I hope the court won't consider this a Hate Crime. These whiteys were celebrating America's day of independence and spending some quality family time with one another. How dare they? And this seems like a simple misunderstanding...no racism involved at all.

What if the exact opposite would have happened? Let's say a group of white teens attacked a family of minorities (Black, Jewish, Latino) screaming, "This is a white country...this is our world"? What do you think the media reaction would be like? Al Sharpton would cash out of his current money-making scheme with the Jackson family and head straight to Akron to call for their heads. Double standards have no business in legislation or judicial hearings. If these people (You people? Whatchu mean, "You People"?) aren't charged with Hate Crimes, then the courts will have set the precedent for all people to challenge any Hate Crime charge from here on out. The court cannot decide that Hate Crimes don't apply if they are perpetrated against whites, sorry Sotomayor, it's the law.
